We're looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Specialist to lead our outbound prospecting efforts and engage decision-makers at industrial and commercial enterprises across India. You'll be the first voice of Instant Reach to CFOs, energy managers, and plant heads — qualifying interest in open access, solar advisory, and regulatory compliance services, and setting up our advisory team for deep-dive consultations.
Role Responsibilities
Run targeted outbound calling campaigns to industrial consumers, commercial establishments, and solar developers
Qualify prospects against our ideal-client profile and schedule discovery calls for senior advisors
Maintain accurate prospect records, call notes, and pipeline status in the CRM
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead lists, scripts, and message-market fit experiments
Follow up on inbound enquiries, webinar registrations, and downloaded white-papers
Hit weekly KPIs around call volume, conversations, and qualified meetings booked
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of telemarketing, inside sales, or business development experience — B2B preferred
Confident, articulate English and Hindi; additional Indian languages a plus
Comfort speaking with senior decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises
Strong listening skills and the ability to qualify or disqualify quickly
Hands-on with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic spreadsheet workflows
Resilience, self-discipline, and a goal-oriented mindset

We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to own the post-engagement journey for our industrial and commercial clients. You'll be the single point of contact across open access transitions, PPA execution, regulatory filings, and compliance milestones — making sure every commitment we make to a client is delivered on time, with full visibility, and with the polish our brand is known for.
Role Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client relationships from onboarding through to project closure and renewal
Coordinate with internal advisory, liaison, and technical teams to track deliverables and timelines
Run weekly status calls with clients and share clean, executive-ready progress updates
Maintain client records, engagement logs, and milestone trackers in the CRM
Resolve client queries, escalate blockers promptly, and follow up until they are closed
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and route them to the advisory team
Collect testimonials, case-study inputs, and referral introductions from satisfied clients
What We're Looking For
2–4 years in client servicing, account management, or customer success — B2B preferred
Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi and one regional Indian language a strong plus
Ability to handle senior stakeholders — CFOs, plant heads, legal counsel — with confidence and clarity
